No. All your financial data is stored exclusively on your device using a local database. Revva has no backend server, no user accounts, and makes zero network requests with your personal data.
Never. SMS messages are read and parsed entirely on-device using a local parser. The raw text of any SMS message never leaves your phone. Revva only stores the extracted transaction details (amount, merchant, date).
Yes, Revva is completely free to download and use. The app is sustained by optional, non-intrusive ads. There are no paywalled core features.
Revva supports major Indian banks including HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, Kotak, PNB, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, and more. Support for additional banks is regularly added. If your bank's SMS isn't detected, please report it on the Support page.

Revva requires READ_SMS to automatically capture transactions. RECEIVE_SMS is needed for real-time detection. POST_NOTIFICATIONS is optional and only used for transaction alerts. No internet or location permission is ever requested.
